Booking Policy
- Weekend, weekly and monthly bookings are available
- A deposit of 25% is required to secure a reservation
- The balance is due one month before arrival
- Cancellation – Should you have to cancel at any time we will re-advertise, and if we get a booking we may be able to refund your money. However if we are unable to re-book, the following charges apply:
- Cancellation more than six weeks before arrival – loss of deposit.
- Cancellation less than four weeks before arrival – loss of entire payment.
- A £100.00 Dilapidation Bond is required in advance. This is returnable assuming the cottage is left in the condition it was found on arrival. A separate cheque is ideal, so it can easily be shredded or returned. Please don’t hesitate to chase it up after your departure.
- We reserve the right not to proceed with your booking should the need arise due to emergency, damage to the flat, or other unforeseen circumstances. In this case we will give you as much notice as possible, return all monies you have paid, and do our best to help you find alternative accommodation.
- All reservations: Spare linen and towels will be available.
- Reservations over two weeks: will include a complimentary linen change, We recommend that guests employ our housekeeping team to do a clean alongside the linen change which is chargeable to you at £20.50 per hour plus VAT.
